About
Founded in 2016 by Leanne Delsart, LND Consulting, LLC is driven by a passion for fostering personal and professional growth. With over 22 years of experience, a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling, and Life Coach Certification, Leanne has dedicated her career to working with public, private and non-profit organizations, communities, and individuals in the areas of strategic growth, leadership, mental health, and personal and professional development.
Expertise
Leanne’s extensive background includes collaboration with national and international entities across the public and private sectors including County and State governments, Youth Justice, Child Welfare, and Education, and private organizations to design and advance strategic initiatives. As an advocate, trainer, program developer, and strategic plan facilitator, she has made significant contributions in various roles, such as project management and change management, system of care development, and program design and implementation. Leanne’s work in the non-profit sector include Board President and Director positions.
Approach
Utilizing her Mental Health expertise and experience in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics, crisis management, trauma informed care, conflict resolution, team facilitation, and her certifications as a Master ACE and Master ASIST Suicide Intervention trainer, Leanne creates unique, skills-based workforce development opportunities across both public and private sectors.
